But clearly he is preferrable to any of the 3 possibilities for President still in the race. He supported thw war in Iraq initially but has since backed away. He has stated that his biggest mistake in congress was voting for the Patriot Act. I have met him on at least 4 different occasions. He was my congressman from 1995-2003, and I voted for him each time he ran. I will vote for him this November if he is the LP candidate. Barr/Paul. Has a nice ring to it.
